Ocean Park Meadows is a private community of homeowners. During the summer, some of our residents open their homes to guests for a minimum stay of seven days. We welcome visitors who respect our community standards.

Emergency Call-in Procedure

  1. Dial (207) 883-3753. Wait for the voice response system to answer.
  2. Key in '1' as instructed for requesting emergency maintenance.
  3. Wait for the beep and leave a message that includes
    • Your name
    • Property name (i.e., Ocean Park Meadows)
    • Your unit number
    • Your call-back phone number
    • Brief description of the problem
  4. Wait for the on-call representative to call you. You will be called back within 10 minutes of leaving your message.

    5. Note that the call-back goal is 10 minutes; however, there may be occasions when the callback may take longer.
